Katia Balducci, president of NAVIGO has been reconfirmed in the board of directors of the Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca Foundation for the 2021-2025 term.
The President will again be Marcello Bertocchini as decided unanimously, yesterday afternoon, by the Steering Body of the San Micheletto body, which met both to appoint the new board of directors and to approve the final balance sheet for 2020.
A recognition of the work of the Foundation in the last four years and also as an indication of a path in line with that undertaken in 2017 and completed in 2021.
As vice president, Raffaele Domenici, appointed with the other members of the Board of Directors: Katia Balducci, Massimo Barsanti, Claudio Montani (confirmed for the second term), Luca Marchi and Maria Pia Mencacci.
Former director of the Foundation from January 2011 to April 2017, Bertocchini held various roles in the Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca, where he ended his career in 2008 as an executive.
Raffaele Domenici, pediatrician, former Director of the Maternal and Child Functional Area of ​​the ASL 2 Lucca and subsequently of the Maternal and Child Department of the same health company, is in his second term. And in the second mandate are also the notary Massimo Barsanti, the entrepreneur of the nautical sector and president of the Navigo consortium, Katia Balducci, and Claudio Montani, former research director of the CNR of Pisa and director of the Institute of Information Science and Technologies “TO. Faedo ”of Pisa.
The other two members of the board of directors have been newly appointed: Luca Marchi, CEO of the family business EuroMarchi srl in Bagni di Lucca, specializing in the production of nativity scenes, religious items and gift items; and Maria Pia Mencacci, head teacher at the musical and artistic high school “Passaglia” in Lucca and regent at the comprehensive institute “G. Puccini ”of Pescaglia.
