Selections are open for two free training courses for strategic professions in the yachting world.
Until 15 December 2021 at 1 pm it is open the opportunity to participate in two completely free courses promoted by the Tuscany Region and organized by Rete Penta.
The centrality of services and the ability to respond to customer needs in nautical and maritime tourism requires new knowledge and interaction skills on the part of the structures and the coastal territory. The training of qualified personnel capable of analyzing and profiling the customer to provide targeted answers is a key element for the competitiveness of nautical and maritime tourism. With this aim, the SERVICE MANAGER OF THE BOAT AND MARITIME TOURISM course was born, which intends to train the attendees with methods and tools for the analysis, programming and activation of the system of technical and tourist support services aimed at yachtsmen. and coastal tourism.
The course, aimed at unemployed graduates as well as personnel of the organizational structures of management of marinas and tourist reception agencies, will last 190 hours and will mainly take place in FAD (distance learning). The course provides skills to unemployed staff and an opportunity to deepen and expand skills for staff already employed at tourist docks.
NAUTICAL DESIGN TECHNICIAN is the course with the aim of training a technical figure between the shipyard manager, Project manager and external designers able to systematize the design components in a single complete executive project integrated by the technical information shared with the subcontractors. The design work, in fact, is essential for the commissioning of the yacht and requires the development of detailed technical instructions and final congruity checks, that can hardly be centralized within the lead shipyard without systemic engineering technical skills. This course is intended for unemployed graduates in technical disciplines or even graduates with knowledge in design and technical drawing, as well as workers already operating in the sector.
At the end of the courses, after passing the final exam, a certificate of attendance will be issued by the organizing body of the course, RETE PENTA – Technological District of Tuscan Nautical and Ports.
